Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, enhance, and maintain BI solutions and advanced analyses based on corporate data
Apply artificial intelligence and automation to enhance analyses, generate insights, and improve process efficiency
Turn data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
Ensure the quality, governance, and integrity of data used in analyses
Collaborate with business areas, connecting strategic needs to analytical solutions
Automate data collection, processing, and analysis, reducing operational effort
Support the definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement of KPIs and performance metrics
Lead end-to-end BI projects, from requirements gathering through solution implementation and ongoing support
Explore new analytical approaches, including predictive models, exploratory analyses, and the assisted use of AI where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related areas
Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, analytical visualizations, and dashboard development
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large volumes of data
Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation, preferably in modern data environments
Experience with or familiarity with Databricks, including SQL, notebooks, pipelines, or Lakehouse architecture
Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and information governance best practices
Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, such as analysis automation, AI-assisted data exploration, or predictive models
Ability to translate business needs into analytical and data-driven solutions
