About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and qualify business problems through stakeholder interviews, data analysis, journey mapping, and hypothesis development.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and supporting documentation for squads and technical teams.
- Act as a liaison among CAS, Cooperatives, Central Offices, internal departments, and Technology, ensuring alignment, scope clarity, and the collaborative development of solutions.
- Support the design of integrated solutions connecting commercial processes, systems, CRM, relationship platforms, management tools, and performance indicators.
- Lead and support backlog refinement with a view to dependencies, risks, impact on existing functionality, and business priorities.
- Support user acceptance testing, functional testing, and delivery validation, ensuring alignment with the business problem and readiness for adoption.
- Support implementation and change management through guidance materials, communications, training, post-implementation validation, and feedback collection.
- Maintain documentation and decision traceability by recording rules, configurations, functional criteria, workflows, manuals, and lessons learned.
- Support the functional maintenance of commercial solutions by structuring incidents, identifying root causes, coordinating fixes, and proposing preventive improvements.
- Participate in the integration of portfolio management, opportunities, the Relationship Manager journey, CRM, performance management, and tools supporting commercial management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in business analysis, functional analysis, Business Systems Analysis (BSA), digital products, systems projects, or process transformation.
- Experience gathering and detailing requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, functional documentation, or user stories.
- Ability to work across business and technology, connecting user needs to viable, clear, and scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, metrics, impacts, dependencies, and functional risks.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, preferably in matrixed or multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and organize decisions objectively.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute in a dynamic environment with multiple demands and dependencies.
- Preferred: experience as a BSA, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, business Product Manager, or Product Analyst.
- Preferred: knowledge of Agile methodologies, discovery, backlog refinement, MVPs, Jira, Kanban, or Scrum.
- Preferred: experience with CRM, commercial platforms, relationship management systems, commercial journeys, or sales force productivity tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of portfolio management, commercial performance, Sales Operations, Martech, or sales productivity metrics.
- Preferred: familiarity with data tools, dashboards, Power BI, basic SQL, or exploratory analysis.
- Preferred: experience with change management, solution adoption, support materials, training, or user communications.
- Competencies: systems thinking, communication and influence, an investigative and hands-on approach, organization and attention to detail, collaboration and active listening, adaptability, and value orientation.
