About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, consolidate, and analyze data from different sources to support strategic and tactical decision-making
- Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and deviations through exploratory analyses and scenario studies
- Translate complex data into practical, actionable recommendations for the business
- Support the development of models for tracking investments, capacity, performance, and value creation
- Define, build, and monitor strategic and operational indicators
- Develop mechanisms to measure the results, benefits, and impacts of initiatives
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of data used in management processes
- Support the enhancement of portfolio, product, and strategic execution tracking models
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and management panels to support decision-making
- Produce executive analyses for governance forums and leadership teams
- Communicate insights clearly, objectively, and with a focus on value creation
- Contribute to the advancement of data governance and management practices
- Support the definition of metrics, business rules, and information standardization
- Maintain technical and functional documentation related to data assets
- Partner with business, technology, and portfolio teams to understand needs and develop data-driven solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis and reporting
- In-depth understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for creating interactive dashboards
- Proficiency in data modeling and optimization
- Ability to produce and present relevant insights based on analysis of available data
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
- Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
- Strong collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams
