About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the operational routines of the Insurance area, ensuring that requests are tracked and progressed.
- Maintain controls, monitor indicators, and consolidate departmental information.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and management tracking materials.
- Provide support to cooperatives, partners, and internal teams on requests related to insurance processes.
- Monitor operational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.
- Conduct basic analyses of data and information to support decision-making.
- Support the management of requests involving insurers, service providers, and business partners.
- Assist with monitoring the department’s projects, initiatives, and deliverables.
- Ensure that controls, databases, and records related to insurance processes are kept up to date.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, seeking greater quality and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with different teams, supporting problem-solving and addressing departmental requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management Processes, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work with controls, spreadsheets, and information analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative activities, operations, insurance, customer service, or business support functions is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience in financial institutions, cooperatives, brokerages, or insurance companies is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the insurance market is a plus.
