About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify opportunities and propose solutions that promote members’ Financial Well-Being by connecting user needs, business strategies, and the cooperative purpose
  • Use data, research, and performance indicators to conduct analyses, validate hypotheses, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decisions related to Financial Well-Being journeys
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, regulations, and innovations to develop value propositions and healthier financial experiences
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and tracking materials, communicating results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams, contributing business expertise, demand prioritization, and requirements definition
  • Build relationships with internal departments, cooperatives, and external partners to co-create solutions, share knowledge, and advance the Financial Well-Being strategy
  • Support the development and maintenance of materials, methodologies, content, and tools focused on financial education and healthy financial behavior
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Financial Well-Being initiatives and programs
  • Monitor performance, adoption, engagement, and impact indicators, proposing continuous improvements and new metrics
  • Support change management processes and the adoption of new user-centered solutions, services, and experiences
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements, aligning user needs, strategic objectives, and team deliverables
  • Track projects and suppliers related to Financial Well-Being initiatives, supporting deliverables and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the financial market, including business and operations, is preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile and co-creation methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban, is preferred
  • Knowledge of process value chains, preferably in the financial or cooperative sector, is preferred
