About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and propose commercial solutions that advance the cooperative purpose
Use data intelligence to conduct analyses, test hypotheses, identify opportunities, and guide actions to improve processes and positively impact the efficiency index
Monitor market, technology, and innovation trends to propose solutions that enable the cooperative movement to scale through digital channels
Prepare presentations and share relevant results and information with stakeholders
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on developing the cooperative movement, serving as the team’s technical reference
Collaborate with other departments, cooperatives, and external partners to promote initiatives that foster knowledge of and engagement with the cooperative model
Keep supporting materials for the development of the cooperative movement up to date
Develop initiatives to sustain and strengthen the Cooperative Education and Membership Organization Programs, aligned with the system’s strategic priorities
Track, monitor, and report program indicators, connecting them to the business and identifying opportunities for new metrics and improvements
Support change management initiatives with a focus on user experience
Manage vendors to ensure the execution of projects of moderate complexity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Knowledge of financial markets, including business and operations, is preferred
Knowledge of and experience with Lean methodologies and process automation
Knowledge of Agile and co-creation methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban, is preferred
Knowledge of process value chains, preferably in the financial services or cooperative sector, is preferred
