About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic link between Business, Product, and Technology, ensuring alignment between business objectives and implemented solutions.
- Understand the processes, journeys, business rules, and integrations that support the product.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and value generation.
- Lead the gathering, analysis, elaboration, and documentation of business needs, requirements, and functional rules.
- Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, business rules, and functional artifacts.
- Support Product Managers in defining scope, prioritizing and decomposing initiatives, and assessing functional feasibility and impacts.
- Facilitate refinement sessions, process mapping, and functional alignment.
- Map and assess impacts on processes, systems, data, integrations, journeys, experiences, operations, and contingencies.
- Serve as the functional point of reference for the development team.
- Support solution definition with Engineering and Architecture, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and sustainability.
- Conduct functional analysis of incidents and problems, identifying root causes and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to delivery quality through requirements validation, user acceptance testing, and monitoring of acceptance criteria.
- Monitor team performance indicators, SLAs, and delivery lead times.
- Act in a consultative and proactive capacity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a related role.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, working across Business, Product, and Technology.
- Knowledge of process modeling, business workflows, and journey mapping.
- Experience with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience writing user stories and refining backlogs.
- Experience with User Story Mapping.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of loyalty programs, payment methods, marketplaces, or financial products.
- Preferred: knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Preferred: experience with digital products and ecosystems.
- Preferred: knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed architectures.
- Preferred: experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or cooperatives.
- Preferred: experience with Product Discovery, Solution Design, and Digital Transformation.
- Preferred: knowledge of product metrics and business indicators.
