Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze Information Security data from different sources, identifying patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop analyses, indicators, metrics, and management views to monitor the evolution of Information Security
Use Artificial Intelligence, analytics, and automation to expand analysis, information correlation, and insight generation
Transform technical data, risks, and security information into objective recommendations for leadership
Correlate information on risks, exposures, controls, maturity, and strategy evolution
Create dashboards, analyses, and data-driven narratives for technical, executive, and business audiences
Identify trends, deviations, and relevant signals, contributing to preventive and predictive action
Propose data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and automation use cases
Experiment with new technologies, analytical approaches, and AI capabilities
Support the evolution of Information Security governance and strategy
Contribute to models for measuring Information Security maturity, performance, and effectiveness
Ensure the quality, consistency, traceability, and reliability of information
Apply security, privacy, and governance best practices when using data and AI
Collaborate with Information Security, Technology, Data, and business teams
Communicate results, analyses, and recommendations clearly and accessibly
Work collaboratively, proactively, and autonomously to identify improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience analyzing and interpreting data, transforming information from different sources into indicators, insights, and recommendations for decision-making
Knowledge of Information Security, risks, controls, and/or governance
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including practical use of generative AI and other AI solutions applied to analysis, automation, and insight generation
Experience building and analyzing indicators, metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations
Ability to correlate different data sources and identify patterns, trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement
Ability to translate technical information and complex analyses into clear recommendations for technical, executive, and business audiences
Analytical, curious, and proactive mindset, with the autonomy to explore data, formulate hypotheses, challenge patterns, and propose solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments
Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Power BI or similar, is preferred
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other technologies for querying, processing, analyzing, and automating data is preferred
Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, copilots, or AI agents is preferred
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, data security, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence is preferred
Knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, and CIS Controls is preferred
Experience with risk management, maturity models, security indicators, or tracking strategic objectives is preferred
Experience working in environments with large volumes and diverse types of information is preferred
Demonstrated interest in and commitment to staying current on Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies
