About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage the Consortium roadmap and backlog, aligning them with strategic objectives and goals.
- Coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across Sicredi’s different products.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
- Identify users’ pain points and needs, and propose alternatives that foster engagement with solutions and the creation and delivery of value.
- Lead experiments to validate hypotheses, documenting and sharing learnings to drive product evolution.
- Define, prioritize, and track product metrics and objectives.
- Develop an MVP by translating abstract guidance into detailed specifications, participating in discussions, and capturing requirements from stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and influence development, engineering, UX, and other teams, ensuring high-quality deliveries and adherence to schedules.
- Lead the development of the strategy for the Consortium product lifecycle, focusing on digital evolution, efficiency, and the use of Artificial Intelligence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Technology.
- Previous experience working as a Product Manager, with a strong understanding of both Upstream and Downstream activities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or others).
- Familiarity with User Experience, design, and innovation concepts and practices.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative research to develop hypotheses and make data-informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making skills.
- Extensive product management experience and the ability to drive innovation, anticipate product weaknesses, delays, or risks, and solve problems creatively with the team.
