About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the results of the Individual Customers segment and support the implementation of initiatives to achieve related objectives
- Analyze segment performance data and contribute to the development of action plans based on strategic guidelines
- Support analyses and provide accurate information to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across the segments
- Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical, and operational discussions
- Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights into opportunities and threats affecting the segment
- Support data analyses and assist the team in identifying and mitigating risks
- Support analyses and communication plans for results and insights from member journey mapping
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL / Python)
- Experience with performance management and KPI development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Analytical mindset
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new things, along with the ambition to take on new challenges
- Knowledge of banking products and services
