Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the results of the Retail Banking segment and support the implementation of initiatives to achieve the related objectives
Analyze segment performance data and contribute to the development of action plans based on strategic guidelines
Support analyses and provide accurate information to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across the segments
Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical, and operational discussions
Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights into opportunities and threats affecting the segment
Support data analysis and assist the team in identifying and mitigating risks
Support analyses and communication plans for results and insights from member journey mapping

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python
Experience with performance management and KPI development
Bachelor’s degree completed
Analytical thinking
Curiosity and proactivity in learning new things, along with the ambition to take on new challenges
Knowledge of banking products and services
