About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the area’s technical reference, sharing knowledge and contributing to the team’s development and strengthening
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives involving processes, methodologies, controls, and technology risk management tools
  • Conduct risk assessments and diagnostics for Technology and Information Security processes, assets, and initiatives
  • Identify vulnerabilities, exposures, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare executive reports and technical opinions
  • Support the maintenance of an integrated, enterprise-wide view of technology risks
  • Develop, monitor, and report KPIs and KRIs
  • Act as a consultative partner to business and technology areas, providing guidance, training, and promoting the dissemination of risk and controls culture
  • Strengthen relationships with the Cooperatives and Central Cooperatives of the Sicredi System
  • Respond to regulatory bodies’ and audit requests
  • Participate in the development, review, and evolution of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for technology risk management, information security, and operational resilience
  • Support the advancement of technology risk management maturity and compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, Risk Management, Governance, or related fields
  • Experience in financial institutions or highly regulated environments
  • Advanced knowledge of cyber risk, ICT risk, and information security controls
  • Ability to work with Technology and Security teams as a strategic second-line-of-defense partner
  • Experience implementing, assessing, and monitoring technology risk and cybersecurity controls
  • Knowledge of regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil, including CMN Resolution No. 4,893, CMN Resolution No. 5,274, BCB Resolution No. 85, CMN Resolution No. 4,557, CMN Resolution No. 4,966, RC18, and other related regulations
  • Certifications related to risk management, governance, auditing, or information security
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence for process automation, risk analysis, or control improvement
  • Knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow, SESuite, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL
  • Experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk Management, and Technology Governance
