About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of coordinators and specialists, mentoring and guiding them in developing software engineering strategies aligned with Sicredi’s culture and strategy
- Lead strategies for attracting and developing software professionals, including 1:1 meetings, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), hiring, and offboarding
- Support product leaders in structuring teams and establishing the technical foundation required for effective product operation
- Perform people management and development activities
- Support the management of the horizontal, ensuring appropriate processes, tools, and capacity for high-quality product delivery
- Lead software engineering initiatives with leaders from other technical horizontals, connecting business strategy with the product roadmap
- Partner with GPMs and PMs to understand the business’s key challenges
- Promote technologies aligned with the architectural model to solve business problems
- Connect other technology areas to enable business demands and needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Software development

- Ability to understand and operate within a horizontal and vertical organizational structure
