Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze existing d.velop on-premises installations and customizations
Administer, configure, and provide technical support for production d.velop systems
Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd-/3rd-level support
Install and configure d.velop components
Plan and implement updates and technical changes
Analyze and further develop existing workflows and forms
Optimize capture, classification, and import processes
Advise customers technically on on-premises, hybrid, and future cloud scenarios
Work independently across changing customer environments
Conduct individual workshops and customer meetings throughout Germany

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on experience with d.velop d.3 or d.velop documents On-Premises
Experience administering, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting production d.velop systems
Good knowledge of common d.velop components such as d3 server, d.cold, d.capture, d.classify, Smart Explorer, or d3.one
Experience with d.ecs flow, d.ecs forms, or comparable workflow/form solutions
Good knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, databases, and Active Directory
Experience with document import, capture, archiving, logging, and technical interfaces
Proven consulting experience involving direct customer contact, workshops, and technical solution consulting
German proficiency at least at C1 level
Willingness to travel throughout Germany for occasional workshops or customer meetings
Nice to have: SAP ArchiveLink and SAP archiving
Nice to have: Hybrid d.velop architectures
Nice to have: Experience with d.velop Cloud migration
Nice to have: Current d.velop certifications
