Key responsibilities & impact

Analysis and design of incoming invoice and Purchase-to-Pay processes
Integration of invoice receipt, d.velop, and SAP FI/MM
Development and customization of validation, account assignment, and approval workflows
Implementation of archiving and document access solutions in SAP
Design of interfaces, roles, and authorization concepts
Integration of d.velop documents with Salesforce
Support for testing, rollout, go-live, and production deployment
Functional and technical consulting for customers
Conducting workshops

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on d.velop project experience
Experience with d.velop-based incoming invoice processing, ideally d.velop invoices for SAP
Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/MM
Experience with SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA
Experience with SAP ArchiveLink and/or KPro
Experience with invoice recognition, classification, validation and approval workflows, as well as XRechnung/ZUGFeRD
Hands-on experience with cross-system d.velop/SAP integrations and document flows
Proven consulting experience involving direct customer interaction, workshops, process analysis, and solution consulting
German proficiency at least at C1 level
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with d.velop connect for Salesforce or d.velop/Salesforce integration
Nice to have: Salesforce Lightning, authentication, and authorization concepts
Nice to have: SAP Fiori, ABAP, CDS, REST APIs, or SAP BTP
Nice to have: Hybrid d.velop and/or S/4HANA Cloud architectures
Experience with document-based enterprise solutions covering archiving, workflow, capture, SAP integration, and cloud migration
In-depth experience with an established enterprise ECM/DMS platform in the German-speaking market
