About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consulting and customization in SAP HCM Payroll / PY-DE
- Customization and further development of payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
- Support with German statutory changes, follow-up activities, and payroll-related Support Packages
- Support for related topics in SAP HCM PT, PA, and OM
- Analysis and resolution of complex payroll and time management issues
- Support for interfaces with SAP FI/CO, SuccessFactors, and external payroll/BPO providers
- Preparation of functional specifications and support throughout testing and implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of practical experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM PY-DE
- Experience with payroll schemas and PCRs
- Good knowledge of German payroll processes, tax, and social security topics
- Experience with SAP HCM Time Management / PT
- Knowledge of PA and OM
- Experience with statutory changes, year-end activities, and/or SAP HR Support Packages
- Very good German and good English skills
