Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, development, and management of AI-driven products and services
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution, launch, and iteration
Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for AI-powered solutions
Balance near-term customer needs with long-term product vision
Monitor AI/ML technologies, cloud infrastructures, software development methodologies, AI trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
Identify opportunities to integrate AI across the firm's application and product portfolio
Influence leadership and foster cross-departmental collaboration for AI initiatives
Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market research, and technical feasibility
Collaborate with legal, engineering, IT, knowledge management, marketing, and other stakeholders
Establish product goals, KPIs, and success metrics
Gather stakeholder insights and feedback on AI solutions
Ensure AI products address real-world problems and deliver measurable value
Improve processes, programs, and policies supporting AI-driven products
Oversee integration of AI models into workflows and ensure high-performing production AI/ML products
Implement responsible AI practices for ethical, transparent, and fair use of AI technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product development leadership
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Good judgment
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work harmoniously and effectively with others
Able to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion
Able to work under pressure
Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
