About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the Digital Oncology portfolio
  • Maintain commercial analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities
  • Develop reporting tools, data models, dashboards, KPIs, and processes for commercial planning and decision-making
  • Collect, validate, and analyze forecast and actual performance data with business leaders
  • Perform financial, customer, and operational analyses to generate actionable insights
  • Use AI tools to automate reporting, streamline data management, and expand self-service analytics while ensuring data integrity
  • Support pricing optimization, monetization strategies, financial target-setting, and strategic programs
  • Conduct pricing, competitive, and product performance analyses for commercial planning and go-to-market decisions
  • Maintain pricing, licensing, subscription, bundling, and discount frameworks
  • Deliver commercial performance reviews and identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Develop market segmentation frameworks and conduct market research and Voice of Customer activities
  • Translate customer and market insights into product positioning, commercialization, and go-to-market recommendations
  • Coordinate country clearance activities with Legal, Regulatory, Geographic Business Units, and Commercial teams
  • Track cross-functional activities supporting country readiness and product launches
  • Support pricebook maintenance, contract terms and conditions updates, and third-party vendor agreement coordination

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, Product Management, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros, and What-If Analysis
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI, SAP, QlikSense, and QlikView
  • Experience in healthcare IT, digital health, software, or SaaS businesses preferred
  • Experience supporting forecasting, commercialization, business planning, or strategic decision-making preferred
  • Experience with software pricing, packaging, licensing, and SaaS monetization strategy preferred
  • Experience supporting portfolio planning, business operations, financial analysis, forecasting, and ROI assessment preferred
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics automation and self-service reporting tools preferred
  • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
