About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the growth, strategy, and operational delivery of the Enterprise Services business across Canada
- Develop the Canada Enterprise Services growth strategy, partnerships, and country-specific go-to-market plans
- Identify growth opportunities, customer partnerships, and business plans supporting Canada Enterprise Services P&L goals
- Lead strategic initiatives such as Value Partnerships
- Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and provide accurate regular forecasts
- Ensure operational delivery meets or exceeds financial forecasts and customer satisfaction targets
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities beyond the current portfolio or Business Area
- Evolve the Enterprise Services portfolio to address and stimulate market demand
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with DX, Varian, IM sales teams, and the NAM Enterprise Services team on public- and private-sector opportunities
- Lead competitive tender responses and business proposals
- Design and deliver customer presentations, solution concepts, and demonstrations
- Provide sales collateral in brochures, presentations, and other formats
- Lead sales negotiations and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Develop, negotiate, and manage the annual Enterprise Services budget, including monthly forecast reviews
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure quality assurance and compliance procedures
- Resource the team for pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Represent the organization at congresses and customer events, including presentations or lectures
- Maintain two-way communication with sales, enterprise services, and business-area teams to optimize the sales and product portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience; sales and business development experience is beneficial
- Minimum a relevant Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical understanding of the Enterprise Services portfolio and solutions and Canadian consulting market
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian medical device market and public sector procurement processes
- Strategic, innovative, and lateral thinker with the ability to approach challenges creatively
- Proven ability to plan and organize effectively to deliver against both short- and long-term objectives
- Strong numerical and commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively within a matrix environment
- Advanced sales and negotiation capabilities
- Confident presenter, with the ability to engage large audiences
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
- Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for full client-site access, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
