About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop, and coach a team of Material Master Pricing Administrators
Establish performance expectations, development plans, and operational objectives
Manage workforce planning, workload prioritization, resource allocation, and succession planning
Own and govern material master and pricing administration processes
Establish governance frameworks, policies, controls, and performance metrics
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex material master and pricing issues
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for systemic data quality and process issues
Oversee creation, maintenance, extension, release, and retirement of material master records
Provide leadership and oversight for pricing master data, price lists, local pricing conditions, and pricing governance
Lead governance and strategic direction for modeling structures supporting master data management
Lead continuous improvement, automation, workflow optimization, and digital enablement initiatives
Support P58 deployments, testing, validation, migration readiness, and stabilization activities
Establish and monitor KPIs for data quality, productivity, accuracy, compliance, and service levels
Maintain current process documentation, training materials, and work instructions
Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Lifecycle Operations, Product Management, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and IT leadership teams
Represent master data and pricing governance requirements during audits, compliance reviews, system enhancements, and transformation programs
Drive stakeholder alignment and sustainable, scalable business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience supporting material master, pricing administration, master data governance, or commercial operations processes
2+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a complex, matrixed business environment
Strong knowledge of Material Master and Pricing processes
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Experience managing competing priorities while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Preferred: SAP S/4HANA and P58 experience
Preferred: Experience with Master Data Governance (MDG) platforms and governance frameworks
Preferred: Knowledge of pricing configuration, commercial operations, material lifecycle management, and revenue-related business processes
Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformations, system implementations, and data migrations
Preferred: Experience with automation technologies, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled business solutions
Preferred: Understanding of modeling, enterprise data architecture, and data governance principles
Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
