Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee execution teams and ensure success against clients' strategic goals through Varian's end-to-end solution
  • Build and maintain collaborative, executive-level partnerships supporting long-term loyalty
  • Partner with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales, and Varian leadership from strategy scoping through execution
  • Execute enterprise solutions focused on reducing time to value for partners
  • Act as Varian product and oncology expert supporting client success
  • Operationalize execution plans, success KPIs, and partnership governance structures
  • Ensure program deliverables are patient-centered end-to-end solutions
  • Achieve assigned KSO targets and build client relationships
  • Execute Varian implementation processes and ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent Varian's ethics, values, business practices, and professionalism
  • Oversee projects and supporting resources through a dotted-line reporting structure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people

  • Proficient in E-Mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software

  • Minimum of seven years' managerial experience in healthcare administration with expertise in Oncology Operations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a proven track record of collaborative and consensus-building
  • Completion of LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility
  • Vendor Credentialing requirements for full client site access, including identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
  • Knowledge of quality, performance improvement, change theory, and health systems
  • Proven basic IT knowledge, especially interoperability and infrastructure
  • Travel required 50%-75%
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and eight years of related experience, or master's degree with six years of related experience
