About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver consulting project activities as a radiation therapy subject matter expert through medium- to long-term customer engagements
Assist customers with clinical operations, patient outcomes, patient care efficiencies, cost containment/reduction, and customer value propositions
Evaluate business processes and recommend process changes
Document processes, identify problems, specify/design hardware and software, manage change, test strategies, identify training needs, and deploy solutions
Assist in creating and developing consultative services
Develop metrics demonstrating clinical, operational, and financial value
Support product training and implementation through eLearning, onsite and remote training, and follow-up
Serve as clinical resource for the SHS Varian Nova Scotia project implementation team, including content curation, product configuration, testing, and workflow
Map current-state to future-state workflows and perform gap analysis
Lead requirements-gathering sessions through onsite and remote analysis and customer interviews
Translate workflow requirements into actionable technical configuration tasks with the technical implementation team
Develop and drive customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices
Provide onsite support during system Go-Live and immediate post-Go-Live periods
Travel up to 75%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist
BSN/BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance
5+ years combined experience with Oncology setting and Healthcare Technology vendor(s)
Living in Nova Scotia Preferred
Travel up to 75%
Full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites
Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
