About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support financial close and all finance systems month-end tasks
Support Delegation of Authority tasks
Drive accounting integration and automation projects involving P58 (COPA) and Esprit systems
Coordinate with local accounting managers, corporate functions, and IT deployment teams
Maintain finance systems including VAR EHP, P58 (COPA), FDM, Esprit, and SAP EHP
Define, analyze, and document finance and accounting business requirements and issues
Develop test scenarios, process flows, test plans, and related documentation
Test proposed solutions and validate SAP finance data conversions, enhancements, and developments
Guide design, testing, and deployment of financial solutions and maintenance tasks
Guide and support the team for seamless financial close
Support SHS Project Pathfinder-related tasks
Prepare and conduct SAP functions training for business users
Work with business and IT teams to bridge controllers and IT implementation specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree with a focus on Finance or Accounting or other relevant fields with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
CPA or MBA finance is preferred
Exposure to SAP ECC 6.0 OR SAP S/4 HANA with focus on SAP FICO modules
Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center, Internal Order and Profitability Analysis
Understanding of Master Data, including General Ledger, Profit Center, Trading Partner, and Business Partners
Understanding of integrated P2P, O2C and RTR processes
Hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules including consolidation
Ability to execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing
Ability to create business specifications and process flows
Ability to prepare for and conduct training for business users in SAP functions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Strong communication skills in a global environment
Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
