About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install Advanced Therapy Systems according to factory instructions and specifications
Provide high-level installation support to the field service organization
Communicate and escalate technical issues and delays
Keep installation projects on schedule while assuring quality
Evaluate room layouts and installation quality of mechanical installation vendors
Troubleshoot and correct contractor and factory errors and mistakes
Order missing or damaged parts
Provide feedback to vendors, factory, project management, and planning
Travel to client sites and work weekends or extended periods as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical training or associate degree preferred
8+ years' experience
Experience with Advanced Therapies installations preferred
Ability to travel overnight as needed
May require weekend work and longer periods away
Must live within 1 hour of a major airport
Superb customer and communication skills
Organized, self-sufficient and capable of working with little or no supervision
Thorough/advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area
Background check and drug screen required
Valid driver's license required in the state of residence
Satisfactory driving record required
Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
