About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact, long-term strategic partnerships between Siemens Healthineers and key diagnostic customers, including health systems and academic institutions
  • Drive Dx-focused Value Partnership opportunities nationally across the U.S.
  • Collaborate across business areas and functional teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions integrating Siemens Healthineers’ diagnostics portfolio and services
  • Serve as a trusted executive advisor to clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Co-create value propositions with Enterprise Services, Laboratory Diagnostics, Point of Care, Medical and Scientific Affairs, and other Siemens business areas
  • Develop and present innovative partnership models aligned with customer needs, diagnostics strategy, scientific partnership, workflow transformation, and outcome-based approaches
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations, including P&L impact, contract structures, and governance models, with legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders
  • Contribute to the national Dx Value Partnerships strategy and develop scalable tools, frameworks, and best practices
  • Represent Siemens Healthineers at industry events, forums, and customer meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15+ years of experience in the medical technology, diagnostics, or healthcare provider industry
  • Experience in leading enterprise-wide, strategic engagements or commercial teams in diagnostics or med-tech sectors
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 70%
  • Proven understanding of the U.S. healthcare and diagnostics landscape, including key trends, regulatory frameworks, and financial drivers
  • Executive-level experience in diagnostics, clinical laboratory management, or healthcare consulting
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and leading strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, or enterprise-level deals
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing P&L and complex contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with C-level healthcare executives
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic workflows, digital enablement, and clinical decision-support platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
  • Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for full client-site access, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
  • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
