About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the conversion performance of SiGMA Group’s websites, focusing on event ticketing and SiGMA Shop
- Map and own end-to-end user journeys from traffic through post-purchase
- Design journey strategies by audience, market, device and traffic source
- Apply behavioural psychology to improve conversion journeys
- Identify funnel drop-offs, friction and bottlenecks using GA4, heatmaps, session recordings and user feedback
- Segment performance by device, source, campaign, geography and customer type
- Own the CRO roadmap and testing backlog
- Build hypotheses, write experiment briefs and define success metrics
- Run and analyse A/B and multivariate tests
- Optimise checkout steps, mobile checkout, payment methods and payment success rates
- Grow average order value through upgrades, packages, bundles, add-ons, upsells and cross-sells
- Validate GA4, GTM and HubSpot tracking for key journey events
- Report weekly on conversion, revenue, abandonment and test results
- Quantify incremental revenue from the CRO programme
- Partner with Paid Media, Social, Content, Product, UX/UI and Engineering
- Translate findings into requirements and review new journeys before build
- Support evaluation of ticketing, e-commerce, payment and testing platforms
- Audit ticketing journeys, establish baselines, identify revenue leaks, deliver a prioritised roadmap and launch initial experiments within the first 30 days
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in CRO, growth or e-commerce optimisation, with a proven record of increasing website revenue
- Expertise in user journey mapping, funnel analysis, conversion strategy and tactics
- Strong grasp of behavioural psychology and persuasion principles applied to web design and copy
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty or similar
- Experience with experimentation frameworks
- Advanced GA4 and Google Tag Manager skills
- Experience with heatmap and session-recording tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
- Strong understanding of CVR, AOV, RPV, CAC, ROAS, LTV and checkout abandonment
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, ticketing platforms or comparable commerce systems
- Experience optimising checkout and payment flows, including mobile
- Technical comfort working with developers on tracking, integrations and payment gateways
- Commercially minded, evidence-driven and pragmatic
- Organised and able to manage multiple brands, events and deadlines
- Experience in event ticketing, conferences, iGaming, travel or high-volume e-commerce is a strong advantage
- Experience with international journeys across markets, currencies and payment methods is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher); additional languages are an asset
