Conduct interviews with speakers, clients, industry professionals and other relevant guests at SiGMA events
Research and identify interesting people, stories and topics worth covering before and during events
Prepare interview questions and adapt them naturally during conversations
Create short-form video content, including interviews, reels and social media content
Attend industry events and report on key developments, people and trends
Build relationships with industry professionals and identify opportunities for future stories and interviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as an on-camera Reporter, Journalist, Video Journalist or similar role
Strong experience working in front of a camera, conducting interviews and presenting content
Confident, natural on-camera presence and ability to engage different types of people
Strong interviewing, communication and storytelling skills
Ability to research a topic quickly, ask relevant questions and keep conversations engaging
Experience creating video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Strong communication skills in Russian
Willingness and ability to travel within the EU
Links to on-camera work, interviews, video reels or other relevant content
