About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly assist the Team Lead in creating high-quality, search engine-optimized content.
- Write website copy, including reviews, blog posts, commercial pages, guides, and other ad hoc content.
- Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page SEO techniques, including keyword placement, meta descriptions, image optimization, and suggested content layout changes.
- Research and gather information relevant to assigned topics.
- Assist in analyzing website traffic data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with SEO Content Team Leads to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Assist with content scheduling and publishing.
- Assist with content editing and provide feedback to junior writers.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and content strategy discussions.
- Adhere to style guides and brand guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, including delivery of up to 3k words per business day.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, team meetings, and discussions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a content role within iGaming.
- Strong understanding of editorial principles and best practices.
- Experience using AI assisted writing tools.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
- Experience and knowledge related to online slots, online casinos, and gambling is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts such as keywording and metadata.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
