About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with Access Control manufacturers, distributors, systems integrators, and installation partners across Europe
- Execute regional partner plans and strategic priorities with the Director, Strategic Access Control Partnerships
- Identify new partnership opportunities supporting the broader Access Control strategy
- Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR
- Identify expansion opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting and partner performance reporting
- Support partner onboarding and deliver sales training, product education, messaging, competitive positioning, and solution demonstrations
- Execute joint campaigns, webinars, industry events and trade shows, co-branded collateral, customer success stories, product launches, and other partner initiatives
- Own day-to-day relationships across assigned European partners
- Collaborate on strategic partner planning, executive relationships, Quarterly Business Reviews, and key partner engagements
- Work cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales, Mid-Market Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
- Travel regularly across the UK and Europe for partner meetings, customer engagements, conferences, sales kick-offs, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience in channel sales, alliances, strategic partnerships, or a related commercial role
- Experience developing and managing productive partner relationships
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and revenue through channel or strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, business planning, and partner performance management
- Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage partner relationships independently while executing against a broader partnership strategy
- Experience collaborating effectively across Sales and other cross-functional teams
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe to meet with partners, customers, and internal teams
- Experience within Physical Security, Access Control, Identity Management, Enterprise Software, or Cybersecurity (preferred)
- Experience working within the European physical security or Access Control ecosystem (preferred)
- Existing relationships with Access Control manufacturers, systems integrators, distributors, or installation partners across Europe (preferred)
- Experience supporting joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement programs (preferred)
- Experience working within a global organization and collaborating across regions (preferred)
