About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the in-house creative lead and go-to designer for the company
  • Design marketing assets including web pages, digital ads, presentations, social media content, and one-pagers
  • Support company-wide creative requests, balancing quick-turnaround needs with strategic campaign work
  • Coordinate with agencies, engineering, and stakeholders on website operations and visual consistency
  • Manage web content changes and CMS systems such as Webflow
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines covering typography, logo usage, and color systems
  • Build and maintain reusable decks, one-pagers, social formats, and email/HTML templates
  • Translate cross-team needs into creative briefs and deliver high-quality, on-brand work
  • Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns and company communications
  • Proactively identify creative-process gaps and build systems enabling non-designers to self-serve

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple asset types
  • Strong video editing experience (essential)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Runway, and emerging AI design tools
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining brand guidelines and visual systems
  • Ability to switch between fast, simple requests and longer strategic projects without losing quality
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow (a plus)
  • Experience designing HTML email marketing templates (a bonus)
  • Strong communication skills and effective cross-team collaboration
  • Interest in learning new tools and techniques
