About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Core HR and Compensation modules
  • Identify upstream and downstream impacts of proposed changes
  • Support Oracle Lead with requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, data validation, and documentation
  • Partner with Compensation, Talent, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to Core HR, Compensation, data, security, and reporting
  • Prepare for and support Oracle releases, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration notes, administrative procedures, and status updates
  • Create training materials supporting user adoption and understanding of system changes
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to system performance and user experience
  • Contribute to Oracle HCM roadmap initiatives and cross-functional projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two or more (2+) years of related experience
  • HR system configuration, interface, and reporting/analytics experience
  • Project management experience
  • Technical working knowledge of HRIS systems software, protocols, and standards
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar platforms, including Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (Core) and Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation
  • Experience using Jira, ServiceNow HRSD and similar project management and ticketing tools preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to understand HR business processes and identify how technology can support and optimize them
  • Skilled at documenting processes, procedures, requirements, test cases, and outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and consultative ability
  • Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel as needed
  • QA testing may occasionally require evening, weekend, or holiday availability
