  • Create regular reports for Marketing Leadership showing results against benchmarks and identifying solutions to exceed goals
  • Present strategic recommendations, campaign performance, and growth opportunities to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience developing and leading omnichannel marketing strategies across paid, owned, earned, and partnership channels
  • Strong understanding of brand ecosystem management, customer journey development, channel attribution, and marketing measurement
  • Ability to translate business objectives and marketing priorities into integrated channel strategies
  • Experience delivering digital and social media strategies for a growing brand
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling external agency partners
  • Up-to-date knowledge of eCommerce, email, social, and marketing trends
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and key partners
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
