Key responsibilities & impact

Compile, cleanse, and validate business data to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis
Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide visibility into business performance and key trends
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics
Analyze data and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner to support informed decision-making
Identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation to increase efficiency
Support analytical initiatives focused on product attributes, vendor performance, chargeback reporting, and operational metrics across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desire to learn and grow within a data-driven business environment
Retail industry experience preferred
