About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support ECC and S/4HANA deployments and optimize SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions in a post-go-live AMS environment
- Support Supply Chain Business Process Owners, key users and project teams in maintaining SAP IBP solutions aligned to the global template
- Support deployment of the global ECC and S/4HANA implementation at the local level
- Enhance SAP IBP planning capabilities across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization and S&OP
- Provide end-to-end functional support including incident management, service requests, defect resolution and root cause analysis
- Monitor and manage planning jobs, batch processes and system integrations with ECC / S/4HANA and BW / BI
- Support critical business planning cycles and resolve issues affecting global operations
- Support planning processes integrated across ERP, Manufacturing, Warehousing, EIM/BW, Basis and Integration domains
- Provide user support, functional guidance and knowledge sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Hands-on experience in SAP IBP support with strong functional expertise in Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (OBP/TS) and Inventory Optimization
- Strong understanding of IBP integrations with ECC / S/4HANA, BW / BI and data integration tools such as CI-DS and RTI
- Experience in a global application maintenance support or production support environment
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in system enhancements, incident resolution, problem management, testing and delivery of supportable business solutions
- Experience supporting critical planning operations and business process continuity
- SAP IBP certifications are an advantage
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of IT delivery methodologies and service management frameworks
