Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions
Monitor key financial indicators, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs to drive business performance
Identify cost-saving opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure effective expense management
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements
Collaborate with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses
Optimize cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team while promoting accountability and high performance
Provide financial recommendations to plant and regional leadership to support long-term growth and profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Knowledge of financial performance indicators, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs
Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage expenses
Knowledge of corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Ability to collaborate with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments
Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses
Knowledge of cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable management
Ability to improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a Finance team
Ability to provide financial recommendations to plant and regional leadership
Ability to perform required duties proficiently
Must comply with job-related instructions and duties requested by the supervisor
