About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical expertise and support to the North America Healthcare Sales team
Lead technical discussions with customers, fillers, CDMOs, and internal stakeholders
Support filling lines, packaging lines, validation activities, and commercialization projects
Coordinate customer projects from initial concept through successful commercialization
Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
Troubleshoot technical and quality-related issues with internal teams to identify effective solutions
Support customers throughout North America through customer meetings, industry events, and internal business activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, Manufacturing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, filling equipment, or related industries
Strong customer-facing experience and project management skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to travel as required to support customers and business needs
Experience working with pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or CDMO customers
Knowledge of filling line equipment, packaging equipment, and validation processes
Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments
