About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a paid media subject matter expert
  • Lead strategy development, innovation, tactical execution, and performance for a portfolio of 3–5 client accounts
  • Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns aligned with client KPIs and business goals
  • Execute campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Serve as the lead paid media contact for assigned clients
  • Lead biweekly and ad hoc client calls and maintain client relationships
  • Support channel innovation, campaign optimization, and testing
  • Create, analyze, and present actionable paid media performance reports
  • Communicate project timelines, manage expectations, and proactively update clients
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Design team on ad creation, testing plans, creative strategy, and briefs
  • Understand client industries, audiences, goals, trends, and best practices
  • Participate in paid media brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborate with SEO, Measurement, and Creative teams
  • Accept feedback and coaching from the Associate Director of Media

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3+ years of paid media agency experience; ideal candidate has 3–5 years
  • Previous performance agency experience is required
  • Experience managing both Paid Search and Social campaigns
  • Experience with Google and Meta; LinkedIn and TikTok are secondary platforms
  • Comfortable building rapport, establishing expertise and credibility, and serving as the client-facing lead
  • Ability to build and execute paid media strategies across multiple industries
  • Ability to connect media results to measurable client business and revenue impact
  • Prior experience taking full ownership of clients from strategy development through execution, reporting, and communication
  • Strong curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and growth orientation
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data using GA4 and other tools and produce clear reports
  • Strong project and time management skills
