About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own global integrated campaigns and operate the ABM programme across business units
- Define campaign priorities with the Product Marketer and field marketers based on go-to-market plans, product positioning and MQA gaps
- Manage the global integrated campaign calendar across UKI, Flanders, Wallonia, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark and Platform
- Chair the bi-weekly campaigns and content task force and maintain decisions, actions and campaign status
- Define end-to-end campaign flows covering assets, gating, forms, nurture, retargeting and exclusion logic
- Ensure nurture tracks are live at campaign launch and exclusion logic works across flows
- Manage localisation with field marketers, translation partners and design partners
- Maintain campaign taxonomy and attribution hygiene across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Produce campaign performance views for monthly KPI reporting
- Brief and manage paid media, content, PR and design partners
- Test lead quality against the ICP and correct targeting where needed
- Maintain tiered target account lists and coordinate account scoring models and MQA triggers with Revenue Operations
- Build ABM programmes around business-unit go-to-market plans and report account engagement and penetration monthly
- Develop 1:1, 1:few and programmatic ABM plays and tier-level messaging matrices
- Grow account reach, penetration, buying-group coverage and sales relationship alignment
- Convert intent and website signals into sales prospecting and own the handoff mechanism with Revenue Operations
- Partner with sales and field teams on account planning, MQA follow-up, enablement assets and playbooks
- Support the FY27 transition to account-based planning, including the January 2027 kick-off
- Use AI for localisation, content variants, account research, competitive and intent listening, and campaign reporting
- Coordinate specialists while building and executing the work directly
- Work toward campaign completion, MQA volume and quality, ABM engagement and penetration, attribution, cost efficiency and usable programme documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in B2B marketing
- At least 2 years running integrated, multi-channel campaigns end to end in a SaaS or technology business
- Demonstrable ABM experience building and running 1:1, 1:few and programmatic programmes against a defined target account list, with pipeline to show for it
- Experience marketing across several countries and languages, with localisation and regional field teams
- Experience shaping campaign portfolios alongside product marketing and regional teams
- Track record coordinating specialists across functions, countries and time zones without direct line management
- Experience working with sales on target accounts, account plans and qualified-account follow-up
- Hands-on HubSpot experience with campaigns, programmes, forms, workflows, lead and account scoring, progressive profiling, landing pages and intent data
- Basic working knowledge of Salesforce, including campaign objects, reports and attribution
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience for account-based paid media
- Familiarity with account data and enrichment tools such as Lead Forensics, Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Fluency in funnel and account metrics including reach, penetration, engagement, MQA, conversion, velocity and cost per acquisition
- Strong programme and project management skills
- Campaign briefing and quality assessment skills for content, translation and design
- Practical use of AI tools for content, translation, research and reporting
- Fluent English
- Understanding of the accountancy profession or ability to learn a technical B2B market quickly
- Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage for reviewing localised content
