Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of design experience
  • Deep expertise in enterprise software
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-team design initiatives
  • Strong systems thinking and design pattern recognition
  • Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution
  • Skill in translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable interfaces
  • Experience using AI tools to craft creative solutions
  • Experience mentoring senior designers and design leaders
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive stakeholder consensus
  • Self-directed and results-oriented
  • Fintech domain experience is a plus
