Design, develop, and implement AI agents using the Claude Agent SDK
Build agent workflows using Python or TypeScript, including tool calling, MCP integrations, and API orchestration
Deploy and manage AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime
Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for agent builds, testing, and deployments
Configure AWS IAM, ECR, Docker/container packaging, and cloud security
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production AI agent performance
Implement secure authentication, logging, monitoring, and observability
Combine AI agent development (60%) with DevOps/CI/CD engineering (40%)

Requirements

What you’ll need

10–15+ years of overall experience
6–8 years building AI agents and deploying them into production on AWS
Hands-on GenAI or agentic AI development experience
Hands-on AI agent development using the Claude Agent SDK (formerly Claude Code SDK)
Experience building agent workflows with Python or TypeScript
Experience with tool calling, MCP integrations, and API orchestration
Experience deploying and managing AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime
Experience independently building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Experience configuring AWS IAM, ECR, Docker/container packaging, and cloud security
Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production AI agent performance
Experience implementing secure authentication, logging, monitoring, and observability
Strong coding and API integration skills
Must be comfortable traveling to client sites
Must be located in Western time zones / West Coast coverage
Docker, AWS ECR, and IAM strongly preferred
MCP and tool calling strongly preferred
Terraform or AWS CDK good to have
CloudWatch, security, and monitoring good to have
