- Strong hands-on technical expertise with ABAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), CDS Views, and AMDPs
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP functional and technical solutions
- Experience leading business requirements, solution-design, and technical discussions
- Strong coordination skills across business, functional, technical, onsite, and offshore teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- A true techno-functional SAP professional who can comfortably lead conversations with business users while also working at a detailed technical level with SAP development teams
