Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively greet and attract event attendees to the booth
Introduce homeowners to bath remodeling services and spark interest
Book free in-home design consultations with qualified attendees
Collect and accurately record customer information on appointment setting sheets
Assist with event booth setup and teardown, including banners, tables, product samples, and brochures
Represent the Five Star Bath Solutions brand with positive energy and professionalism

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and customer engagement
Attend team meetings and training when required
Willingness to travel up to 50 miles around the Des Moines area for events
Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a smartphone
Availability primarily evenings and weekends
Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
Able to work safely in hot, cold, wet, and changing weather conditions
