About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create summaries, interactive explanations, and exercises for the Nursing Professional training program
Create and compile learning modules using existing tools

Plan content for the Nursing Professional training program
Collaborate with the Sales team

Use artificial intelligence to create content more efficiently and innovatively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for the content covered in the Nursing Professional training program and the ability to communicate it clearly
Enthusiasm for and experience with artificial intelligence
Ability to break down complex topics into simpler, easy-to-understand concepts
Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Availability for approximately 15 to 20 hours per week
Flexibility and agility in a fully agile work environment
Fluent German
Very good English skills
Completed training as a nursing professional
Preferred: Experience as a clinical instructor or nursing school teacher
Preferred: Degree in medicine or education
Preferred: Practical experience, for example through rotations across multiple hospital departments
