About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Get up to speed with n8n and build workflows to automate recurring research and enrichment tasks
Develop small tools or scripts with AI assistance ("vibe coding")
Support Sales Operations and Revenue Operations processes and improve the day-to-day work of SDRs and AEs
Research accounts and contacts and enrich leads
Prepare research for SDRs and AEs
Analyze markets targeted for expansion
Maintain the HubSpot CRM, including merging duplicates, correcting data, and adding missing information
Optionally gain initial experience in cold calling
Document activities carefully in the system and follow team agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled as a student (working student)
Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
Thorough and persistent, including when performing repetitive tasks
Data-driven mindset and the ability to evaluate different sources, identify patterns, and provide insights
Technically curious and willing to learn about automation, APIs, and AI tools
Analytical and solution-oriented approach
Proactive attitude
Initial CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot (a plus)
Initial exposure to n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools (a plus)
Experience building with AI (a plus)
