About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pool covers, robotic pool cleaners and pool alarms
- Replace defective parts and restore installations at professional and residential customer sites
- Carry out the necessary tests and checks after repairs
- Provide assistance with the installation of pool covers
- Train customers in product repair
- Develop a portfolio of professional customers in the Rhône-Alpes region
- Plan routes, prospect for new customers, build customer loyalty and monitor sales targets
- Implement the company’s sales policy and development strategy
- Contribute to strategic and competitive intelligence
- Travel daily throughout the Rhône-Alpes region and occasionally to Maytronics France headquarters in La Ciotat
- Report to the National Sales Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical or business-related qualification
- Experience in the pool industry or in an environment involving technical products and equipment, combining field service and customer relations
- Proficiency in operating, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment
- Knowledge of pool covers, robotic pool cleaners or pool alarms is an advantage
- Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to understand needs, provide advice and build trusted relationships
- Passion for business development, customer retention and prospecting
- Independence, strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage travel, priorities and activity tracking
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
