About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, coordinate and implement multichannel marketing campaigns to support the business development of the various subsidiaries across Western Europe
  • Define multichannel marketing campaign plans aligned with product launches and strategic and commercial priorities
  • Implement campaigns once the direction, priorities and budgets have been approved by the Western Europe Product & Marketing Manager
  • Plan, monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance and return on investment
  • Identify communication and lead generation opportunities among customers and prospects in the region
  • Manage digital campaigns and contribute to social media engagement
  • Create, adapt and coordinate content for social media, the website, digital materials, email campaigns and newsletters
  • Ensure consistency in brand image and messaging
  • Monitor marketing best practices, developments in digital platforms and market trends
  • Coordinate activities with sales, product and communications teams, as well as external service providers
  • Meet deadlines and analyse results and performance indicators
  • Prepare reports and make improvement recommendations to the Product & Marketing Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education qualification (Bachelor’s to Master’s degree) in digital marketing, communications or a related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in communications, marketing or digital marketing within an industrial B2B environment, with an interest in technical industries
  • Excellent communication, presentation and social media management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong business and financial analysis skills, with a results-oriented approach
  • Professional working proficiency in English
