About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale SimSpace’s third-party security technology ecosystem and AI Proving Grounds Consortium
- Develop SimSpace’s cyber range ecosystem for customer use-case marketplaces and potential joint go-to-market offerings
- Build relationships that accelerate testing and adoption of agentic capabilities in offensive and defensive cyber operations
- Partner with the Head of Partnerships and Alliance, CTO, Product, and Sales Engineering on category prioritization and technical/business value theses
- Manage joint technology-validation processes and areas for alignment
- Develop and scale joint go-to-market and revenue-generating strategies with ecosystem partners
- Serve as primary point of contact and program manager for participating entities in the sponsored AI-Proving-Grounds Consortium
- Partner with agentic AI cyber vendors and consulting firms to advance safe, trusted, and effective AI-agent adoption in cybersecurity operations
- Lead thought-leadership virtual and in-person events for C-suite executives and cybersecurity leaders
- Collaborate with Marketing on AI-Proving-Grounds Consortium events
- Develop collateral with Consortium partners
- Maintain a monthly cadence with each participating partner
- Structure and negotiate production multi-tenant licenses for deploying partner technologies inside the cyber range
- Educate technology partners on simulated-environment use, telemetry, APIs, workflows, and partner expansion/retention objectives
- Serve as primary sourcing contact for onboarding, documentation alignment, and technical coordination with Range Operations and Customer Support
- Architect internal workflows and SLAs for customer and prospect requests to include, budget, and purchase third-party technology through Engage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8 years of experience in technical partnerships, alliances, product management, or business development within cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of modern security architectures, SOC workflows, security data pipelines, and how AI is transforming them
- Experience working with security vendors, MDRs, or hyperscaler security ecosystems
- Comfort engaging with product managers, engineers, and security architects on technical topics
- Proven ability to project manage revenue-focused technical ecosystem partnerships
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into partner value
- Ability to travel approximately 20–30% for partner meetings, industry events, and customer sessions
- Background in SOC, threat detection, incident response security vendor business development and partnerships is nice to have
- Experience supporting agentic security, AI-driven tooling, or automation platforms is nice to have
- Familiarity with sell-with / ecosystem-driven go-to-market models is nice to have
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification upon hire
