About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Work across client-facing products, internal tools, sales enablement, and customer experience according to priorities
  • Use AI to clarify hypotheses, surface risks and edge cases, and write short PRDs or decision documents
  • Conduct research with sales managers, customer success managers, and internal users; run quick tests and adjust direction based on findings
  • Build and iterate on product flows in Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools
  • Turn validated concepts into production-ready UI designs with all states covered and aligned with the design system

  • At least several products built or prototyped in code with AI tools
  • Proactively build domain and technical knowledge and get up to speed quickly on new problems
  • Comfort using Claude Code or similar tools; ability to work in an existing codebase and get a prototype running without waiting for an engineer
