About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape and rank product strategy and future direction for portfolio-level, cross-product themes
  • Translate strategic themes into priorities, sequencing, ownership, and success outcomes
  • Balance investment across the product portfolio and make resource-allocation trade-offs explicit
  • Define and evolve Product Area missions, scope boundaries, and interfaces
  • Translate strategy into decision-ready proposals for end-to-end customer journeys and developer and agent surfaces
  • Define success measures, decision points, and ownership models with Product Operations and Business Operations
  • Partner with regional leadership in AMER, EMEA, and APAC to drive adoption of cross-product priorities
  • Act as a senior product partner to the Chief Product Officer on portfolio strategy, partnerships, and M&A pattern recognition
  • Clarify decision rights, escalation paths, accountability, and operating rhythms for strategic execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years in product leadership in CPaaS, communications software or enterprise SaaS
  • Experience operating in growth environments, not only established businesses
  • Strong experience with multi-product platforms, ecosystems, integrations, partnerships, developer experiences, or cross-channel customer journeys
  • Track record of landing cross-functional, cross-product outcomes inside a multi-product portfolio
  • Strong product judgment and commercial fluency, including understanding of unit economics and gross profit mechanics
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Humble, collaborative leadership style
  • Strong outcomes orientation
  • Senior executive presence at C-suite, board, customer, and partner executive level
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, delegated authority, and accountability for measurable cross-product outcomes
