About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Sinch’s EMEA SMB business as a critical regional growth engine
  • Define and execute the strategy for scaling SMB and self-serve segments across EMEA
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expansion across more than 80,000 existing accounts
  • Position the EMEA SMB unit for sustainable double-digit growth
  • Accelerate net new customer acquisition through high-velocity, data-led sales
  • Expand revenue and gross profit through account growth, cross-sell and customer success motions
  • Build and lead a productive sales organization managing territories, segments and customer portfolios at scale
  • Drive adoption across messaging, email, voice, applications and broader customer communications solutions
  • Create acquisition, onboarding, expansion and retention motions with marketing, product, customer success, operations and finance
  • Use data, pipeline insight, segmentation and performance metrics to improve productivity, forecasting and funnel conversion
  • Implement pricing and packaging approaches balancing growth, profitability and market competitiveness
  • Champion Sinch’s values and serve as an inspiring organizational role model
  • Report to the Executive Vice President for EMEA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 10 years’ experience as a senior sales leader in a technology environment
  • Track record of scaling teams, revenue and gross profit in complex, multi-product businesses
  • Strong experience from Email, Martech, CPaaS, SaaS or other consumption-based platform businesses
  • Understanding of technical performance, deliverability, reliability and customer outcomes as drivers of revenue growth
  • Experience building new business engines, improving conversion, strengthening pipeline quality and expanding existing accounts
  • Experience leading teams through clear priorities, trust, accountability and talent development
  • Experience shaping high-performing sales organizations and leading teams through change
  • Data-driven sales management experience, including forecasting, pipeline governance, segmentation, productivity analysis and performance management
  • Highly proficient with AI tools, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Tableau or Looker
  • Ability to travel regularly, primarily within the region
